Juliet Rogers trained as a maker and performer of marionettes at the Little Angel Theatre, London, before founding Moving stage Marionette Company with Gren Middleton. They subsequently found, renovated and converted an old Thames barge into a 55-seat marionette theatre, presenting productions for both adults and children. 

Over the years Juliet has written original scripts for the puppet theatre and adapted many classics including Macbeth and The Tempest. Most recently Juliet has co-authored Keeping Afloat, a history of the Puppet Theatre Barge.
